My client, a highly desirable retail brand are looking for a CRM Analyst to join their head office in West London. As CRM Analyst, you will form a key part of the CRM team and help deliver the vision to move the brand into being the forefront of fashion, beauty and lifestyle and move CRM focus to customer loyalty.

As CRM Analyst, your main responsibilities will include:
- Help deliver CRM strategy
- Deliver best practice for CRM
- Plan and manage customer campaigns across multiple channels (email, SMS, DM and in-app push notifications)
- Produce campaign analysis and report the impact of multi channel campaigns, make suggestions for improvements
- Understand customer touch points throughout the business and work with the CRM Manager to deliver database growth and improve data capture
- Manage customer research through surveys, focus groups, mystery shopping programmes and interpret results

As CRM Analyst you must have a Business related degree, demonstrable experience in CRM and data (agency or client side), proven experience working with or analysing customer data, experience in executing CRM campaigns, experience in CRM channels such as email, mobile apps and SMS and be passionate about customers and CRM.
