You will receive a basic salary with an OTE of £40,000

This is an exciting to join a specialist distributor of 3G/4G wireless networking solutions across the UK & EMEA. Working only with best in class Machine to Machine vendors & UK mobile operators such as 02, EE, Vodafone & EE to deliver solutions.

Headquartered in Chepstow, South Wales, due to company growth they are planning to open a sales office in Bristol, the Sales Account Manager will be based at the new office.

They are currently looking for sales professionals to join its Enterprise Sales team, who will be responsible for developing and managing B2B sales for designated products & services in the UK - both through new business creation & providing sales support to existing accounts. This is primarily a Hunter role.

Key activities are:

- Researching & targeting new business opportunities in line with the sales strategy
- Penetrating existing business accounts to increase customer value
- Providing relevant consultative sales information to all opportunities
- Monitoring & managing your pipeline size, lead generation, & conversion rates
- Executing clear, consistent & timely communications to your accounts as directed by marketing & management team
- Driving sales & demonstrating accountability for achieving monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets
- Working as part of the wider sales team to meet account coverage & overall sales targets
- Contributing to the development of the sales strategy & profitability
- Working with the marketing team to drive lead generation campaigns
- Travelling to customer locations as required - please note that the role is predominantly office based but may require occasional travel & overnight stays
- Liaising with partners, customers & colleagues
- Undertaking all necessary duties to achieve individual and company objectives

The candidate for this role will ideally have:

- A minimum of 2 years in a relevant technical telesales position
- Experience in identifying & developing sales opportunities both within new & existing accounts
- Greater interest in pursuing new business, while still nurturing existing business
- The ability to close sales & generate new business
- A self-starter attitude that drives performance to thrive under pressure
- A technical aptitude that will enable product understanding & a desire for product development
- Excellent organisational skills including priority-setting & the ability to adjust to changing demands
- Experience & skills necessary for building, maintaining & expanding sales relationships
- Excellent communication skills & etiquette, able to drive weekly call volume goals
- The ability to proactively manage a sales pipeline
- Computer literate - Office & CRM tools
