Food Production / Operations Manager

Food Production Manager £40 to £45k, plus benefits including pension, healthcare and Relocation.

Our client is a large and well resourced, exciting and profitable food company in Cornwall supplying high volume food products nationally to the retail and food service sectors.

They are looking to recruit an experienced and ambitious manager with a food or drinks manufacturing background who has a minimum of five years man-management experience gained within a modern company. As part of the senior management team the successful candidate will contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, ensure adherence to strict quality and H&S standards and be focused on optimising output, costs and efficiency. Personal attributes will include good communication skills, enthusiasm and high energy levels, a flexible leadership style and good team-working abilities. The remuneration is flexible and includes a basic salary to £45k, depending on experience and qualifications, pension and healthcare, plus relocation assistance to this beautiful part of the country.
