We are currently recruiting for a permanent Reward Analyst to be based in our Crawley Office.
As the Reward Analyst you will play a key role in the overall delivery of the service from the Reward Centre of Excellence to the business, providing high quality technical data analysis that will be used by colleagues in the formulation of critical recommendations, proposals and decisions.
It is therefore incumbent on the Reward Analyst to have extremely strong analytical skills in being able to assimilate and present complex data sets from a variety of sources, maintain absolute accuracy and data integrity and present this information in flexible, reliable and usable formats.
You will have a good understanding of the broad reward landscape as you will often be asked to provide information related to a wide variety of topics and there should be no need for detailed descriptions of what is required.
You will also be expected to operate a number of core Reward operational and governance activities, such as job evaluations and approval processes, ensuring that these are managed in a timely and accurate fashion.
Skills and experience:
- Reward and governance experience ideally gained within a publicly listed organisation, some roles will require knowledge and experience of executive roles
- Extensive experience of job evaluation and pay benchmarking processes and use of survey data, experience of executive level roles required for some roles;
- Experience of employment benefits, incentive schemes etc. and their operation
- Excellent written communication skills and ability to present complex information clearly and comprehensively for interpretation by others and maintain accuracy
- Excellent analytical skills to draw out key issues and themes from complex data, with the ability to present information in a variety of ways, tailored to suit the audience
- Understanding of project management principles and methodology
- Experience of working within boundaries imposed by Group and Company policies, practice and governance requirements
- CIPD or equivalent professional reward qualification (or working towards) desirable
- Strong user of MS Office, especially Excel, Powerpoint and Access
- Good knowledge and use of HR IT systems, preferably SAP
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills
- Demonstrates highest levels of sensitivity and confidentiality when handling reward data.
