Teaching Assistant Plymouth

Due to a rapidly growing primary support business, we require trained or experienced teaching and learning support assistants to help us support our schools in the Plymouth area.

The Job
We are looking for Teaching Assistants who are:
Available for a minimum of 2-3 days a week
Flexible with regards to travel and able to take bookings on the day
Able to ensure effective classroom management in line with the schools? behaviour policy
Happy to work with a range of ages and abilities

The School / The Child
We are proud to work with a wide range of schools and academies in Plymouth. These schools range is size, catchment and religious background and ethos. Our Teaching Assistants support within a range of classrooms, from Nursery to KS2, and often provide one to one support to pupils with different abilities, including EAL, SEN and from a range of varied socio-economic backgrounds and home lives. We understand that every school and child is different so we carefully match our Teaching Assistants to schools and children to which they work with best.
