Full Time, Mon-Fri 9am-5pm though flexibility is required

Qualifications
• Green Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma

Skills/Experience
• Proven track record in Business Analysis as part of the project lifecycle
• Excellent understanding of the Project Lifecycle
• Experience of process improvement within a customer facing and back office environment
• Experience of running workshops and process mapping As IS & TO BE with SME’s
• Experience of problem solving techniques and the importance of quality
• Experience of gathering and documenting requirements to a high standard
• Proven track record of interacting directly with end users in a change environment
• Excellent organisational skills and self starter
• Strong analytical/financial skills to prepare and assess benefits cases
• Experience of data migrations would be good though not essential
• Financial Services or Legal Services background would be desirable

The role
As a Business Analyst you will report directly to the Head of Process & Design and involves working closely within the PMO function, Project Managers, 3rd party suppliers and business areas. Your responsibilities will include:
• Using a Lean Six Sigma approach to help shape-design business solutions.
• Ensuring projects are clearly scoped and defined against the Initial Business Case
• Undertaking stakeholder management within the project
• Planning and managing all activity required for all project team members
• Eliciting requirements using a range of approaches, including interviews, document analysis, workshops, surveys, tasks and workflow analysis, and data analysis.
• Documenting requirements for the project covering business process, business rules, data, usability and non functional requirements
• Defining the benefits arising from the project, clearly articulating the baseline for the benefits & the sizing assumptions
• Clearly showing the scope of what is to be delivered systematically and what is to be delivered operationally
• Ensuring requirements are defined for all stages of the project, including roll out and transition models created during roll out.
• Supporting developer and test analysts as project unfolds
• Supporting benefit realisation post implementation

• Good stakeholder management skills
• MS office tools
• Ability to work confidently with Directors and Senior Managers
