Capita are a FTSE100 listed company and one of the largest Business Process Outsourcing organisations in the UK. Within our Managed Services Division, Capita Internal Resourcing provide an in-house recruitment support to the Capita Group across the UK, placing candidates into the business from entry level to senior/exec level.

Due to growth and internal movements, we are now in a position to recruit a new Internal Vending Recruitment Consultant to join the in-house recruitment team in Maidenhead. You will be required to support the Vending Manager and Consultants to successfully place permanent candidates across the Capita Group to ensure achievement of business plan and team objectives using support, strategic partners, Preferred Supplier Listing and other appropriate methods.

We are especially interested in speaking to candidates with any recruitment experience from a temp/contract/day rate or permanent background. Excellent customer service is key for this role.

Other Responsibilities:

• Manage the end to end recruitment process in line with the Internal Resourcing Service Level Agreement.
• Develop and maintain relationships with agency suppliers ensuring adherence to process and procedures
• Adherence to agreed recruitment delivery strategies, including vacancy management, detailed qualification of all direct vended roles, submission, offer and new starter process
• Review and pre-screen candidates submitted via the strategic partner and the PSL network providing current documentation and process
• Manage a candidate/supplier care strategy during the recruitment process to include, but not be limited to frequency of contact, information provided and consistent quality feedback
• Ensure all activity reports and MI records are regularly kept up to date
