We currently have an exciting opportunity for a learning & development officer to join our well established and growing team, and require an enthusiastic, motivated individual who enjoys working with people in a fast paced and busy environment. The successful candidate will develop, facilitate, and maintain a suite of in-house training initiatives to be delivered on a rolling programme to drive performance and improve outcomes for the children & adults in our care.

You will be:

* Proficient in the facilitation of training * Experienced in the Health and Social Care sector * Qualified to level 3 or equivalent, in the Health and Social Care sector * A holder of a full driving licence and have access to a vehicle * Able to travel nationally * Ideally based Midlands or below
