Capita, FTSE 100 and Leading Business Process Outsourcer, is seeking a Account Support Administrator to join their team in Barrow-in-Furness.

The role will cover the following but not limiting to:

• General administrative duties
• Arranging security, escorting visitors
• Co-ordinating training course bookings.
• Organising travel arrangements and accommodation
• Assisting Management team were required
• Stationary Ordering
• Production of management information and reports
• Maintenance of accurate holiday & absence records
• Assist in compiling and submitting all OT and OOH claims
• Assist in the preparation of PowerPoint presentations
• General correspondence

So seeking applicants with the following:

• Good administration experience and skills
• Be able to handle conflicting demands in a pressurised environment
• Confident with data and managing multiple but routine tasks
• Good PC skills with high proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
• Ideally have experience of working in a business support role
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organised approach with ability to manage and take responsibility for varied workload
• Professional telephone manner
• Able to cope with demands of fast paced work environment
• Team player who can work on their own and well in a team
• Willing to undergo security checks and ability to obtain SC clearance if successful.
