CEO Chief Executive Officer/(MD)

The CEO/MD position would report to the Executive Chairman, oversee the company's global operations, and would have responsibility for growing the company's global markets. The immediate focus for this role is to increase the company's presence and revenue internationally and explore new markets to expand into. The role would require the individual to develop multi-national business strategies, co-ordinate sales, production and operations.

Knowledge of the manufacturing/service engineering industry would be advantageous, but more importantly experience and a proven track record of running a Group business with international presence is vital

This job will demand a flexible approach, including a variety of planned and unplanned international travel.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

This is a hands-on role where you will be accountable for delivering against key performance metrics across EMEA whilst having the foresight and commercial outlook to anticipate future customer needs and market trends.

Key Deliverables to include:

* Strategic analysis and planning across all aspects of the clients business, including: engineering, operations, production, procurement, service delivery and project management.
* Evangelising and driving passion throughout the creation, build and delivery of world class solutions, within budget and ahead of commercial objectives.
* Spearhead a culture change to proactive customer management, across all functions.
* Achievement of annual, quarterly and monthly revenue, margin, shipment, inventory and budget targets.
* Leadership across supply chain management and suppliers, to implement streamlined processes and deliver seamless partnering relationships.
* Creating and integrating best practices for people, including development and succession planning.

REQUIREMENTS:

You will be both an established and ambitious CEO/Manager Managing Director with the following:
*A background within high-value B2B manufacturing industry experience, with long lead times and international Customer base (both via Distributors and direct to end users).
*A demonstrable track record in the manufacture and supply of complex solutions to this type of industry.
*First class leadership skills and delivery of positive change with people, processes and facilities management.
*Gravitas and presence.

You will need to be a strong leader, highly motivated, have a can-do-mentality when faced with challenges and have the same passion, energy and focus that other members of the executive team share.

PROSPECTS:

The Chief Executive Officer/CEO/Managing Director/MD will be offered a circa package starting at GBP100K to GBP150K with O.T.E of GBP250K.
