Herrco Cosmetics have an exciting new development opportunity for a Technical Administrator to join our team based in Halesworth, Suffolk. The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £17,000 - £19,000 per annum. This position which would suit a college/university leaver or someone looking for a career change.

We are now looking for a talented individual to come and join our team as our Technical Administrator. We recruit people who believe in the things we do, people who are motivated, hardworking, and have a ‘can do, will do attitude’.
Technical Administrator Job Duties:
- Working directly with the New Projects team and the Production Planners to raise filling specifications which are issued to customers via the Customer Services Team.
- Updating specifications and ensuring all data in specifications is accurate, compliant to company procedures and signed by the relevant person.
- Maintain structures of the products on the electronic system ensuring it matches with the specification.
- Update and create new pallet plans.
- Ensure suppliers have approved samples, specifications and drawings.
- Work closely with colleagues in the planning team to identify any potential issues so they can be resolved.

- Excellent IT literacy, organisation, problem solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Full of initiative and keen to learn
- Self motivated and able to work as part of a team
- Ability to work under pressure, to deadlines and maintaining a high standard
