As a HR Analyst, you will be responsible for the provision of insightful and user friendly data, analysis and value added forecasting to inform management decisions. You will also be responsible for the management and development of HR systems and provide team support when required.
Providing data and analysis on performance management reporting; Higher Education scholarly activity; FE capability and talent mapping in order to highlight issues, identify trends and track progress for better decision making. You will also support the Strategic Resourcing Officer with data and analysis relating to the recruitment process. You will also manage and develop the HR system that supports the HR operation and, in conjunction with HR colleagues, produce and implement a plan that prioritises system developments that enables HR’s delivery for its customers.
With a track record of successfully developing and using databases for trend analysis and forecasting and previous experience of reporting and analysis that has influenced management decisions, you must have knowledge of MIS systems and reporting methodologies in order to provide user friendly data and analysis for colleagues and customers. With the ability to demonstrate problem solving and initiative, you will have excellent communication, report writing and influencing skills and be capable of making complexity understandable for better decision making.
