Manufacturing/Production Line Team Leader - Pharmaceuticals

As a Manufacturing/Production Line Team Leader - Pharmaceuticals you will hold a key position as a front line supervisor to ensure safe and compliant manufacture of our products taking responsibility for managing a team of people spending your time delegating tasks, negotiating workloads, managing performance and reporting on production schedules.

Job Responsibilities

*Lead, Coach and Mentor of a team between 6-10 consisting of Technicians, Line Operators and Manufacturing Operators ensuring safe and complaint production at all times
*Allocating tasks to the team according to the work schedule
*Production of packaging schedules
*Managing the performance of the individual team members
*Leading teams in continuous improvement activities
*Carrying out individual performance reviews as per the company processes
*Coordinate the day to day tasks involved in maintaining a safe working environment at all times

Experience of working within a manufacturing or production environment in the pharmaceutical industry is strongly preferred. Previous experience of working in a team leader/supervisor role is essential.

Beneficial experience includes Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice).
