Net Talent is a highly successful, growing IT Recruitment Consultancy. We have ambitious growth plans for this year and are looking for a number of Senior/Principal and Managing Consultants to join our Edinburgh and Glasgow offices.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for experienced Senior Consultants up to Principal Consultant/Managing Consultant who have excelled in a 360 role.

You should have:

• Proven new business ability with a strong sales record
• Highly motivated with a drive and desire for success
• Excellent communication skills
• Tenacity
• Relationship management
• The ability to sell a solution

We need people who are hungry for success and will go the extra mile to consistently over achieve on your targets and do what it takes to become a huge success.

What is the role?

This role will give you the opportunity to build your own business within Net Talent. We provide all the tools you would expect to be able to do a great job. The ideal candidate

We are looking for good recruiters who can:

• Become an expert within a niche area of the IT Industry in Scotland.
• Develop your own candidate network.
• Develop your own client base.
• Attend client meetings and networking events.
• Become very successful, have fun and make money!

Ideally you will be in IT already but if you have a demonstrable ability to build and grow a successful recruitment niche then we can help on the IT side and we would be very interested in talking with you.
