ISL are a growing recruitment specialist set up by two experienced recruitment consultants in 2007 who wanted to create a company that was a progressive, forward thinking and that would attract experienced consultants to join their team.

As a business we focus on working within Project Management, Senior Executives, Sales and Marketing and Software and Development across a number of industry sectors and are passionate about our consultative approach to recruitment and high service standards. We are currently looking to expand our business and are seeking experienced, ambitious, and self-motivated consultants who want to take their career and their earning potential to the next level.

The Position- Recruitment Consultant
*Full 360 Recruitment Consultant
*Work your own specialist market with full client ownership
*Full accountability of your desk with NO KPI's
