ISL are a growing recruitment specialist set up by two experienced recruiters in 2007 who wanted to create a company that was a progressive, forward thinking and that would attract experienced consultants to join their team. As a business we focus on working within Project Management, Senor Executives, Sales and Marketing and Software and Development across a number of industry sectors and are passionate about our consultative approach to recruitment and high service standards.
Since starting the business we have grown to 16 experienced consultants and operate out of modern office in central Bristol. Our ethos is professionalism, autonomy and above all fun and we are interested in talking to anyone that reflects the same attitude.

The Position
Here at ISL we hire experienced consultants to join our growing and unique recruitment business that offers autonomy, support and fun. What we look for are consultants that have the ability and drive to build their own desk without having strict KPI's and manager breathing down your neck. We trust in the people that we bring on board and believe in their confidence in building their own desk. We believe successful consultants are proactive so we expect our consultants to jump on every opportunity that comes their way and be committed in providing high delivery standards to both candidates and clients.
