Forensic Social Worker Medium Secure Unit
Requirements:
Candidates will require post qualified experience with a qualification of (CQSW Dip.SW or equivalent) with HCPC registration. A high standard of ethical practice is required, with a proven ability to engage with service users and work as an influential member of a multi-disciplinary team.
Essential requirements are a good understanding of the needs of the patient group, anti discriminatory/oppressive practice, child protection issues, and possession of well developed skills in assessment and risk evaluation, working as a member of the multi-disciplinary team, provision of reports, liaison with relatives and external agencies.
Previous experience working within this type of setting is essential.
