Jagtar Properties is a small Headingley based letting agency in Leeds which has an opening for an exciting position within the business. This is a wonderful opportunity to build a career in the property industry.
We require an applicant with experience in the property letting sector to liaise with new leads, tenants, contractors generating new leads whilst reporting to the owner and to promote the interests of the company in general at all times.
Key responsibilities
- Organising maintenance, organisation and all administrative tasks
- Assist with the management of the property portfolio in order to maximise office income
- Assist with the management of all property maintenance issues
- Liaise with tenants and with contractors for works to be carried our
- Arrange gas certificates, inventories, EPC’s and other legal documentation to ensure that all properties comply with legislation
- Arrange inspection visits
The individual
- Full UK driving license and have access to their own vehicle as they will be visiting properties
- Proven background in administration and customer service within a professional office environment
- Complaint handling techniques
- Experience in letting, property maintenance would be an advantage
- Self motivation with a ‘can do’ attitude
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Professional, positive, organized and diligent approach
- Excellent IT skills including Microsoft office
- Previous experience with a lettings software would be an advantage
Hours: 40 (will vary Monday to Friday with occasional evening and Saturdays)
