Support Worker – Part-time

Senior Support Worker – 37.5 Hours per Week

Starting salary:

Support Worker £6.50 per hour (dependent on qualifications) with opportunities for salary progression  Senior Support Worker £7.35

At our Stalybridge site, we provide high quality, enhanced residential living for children and young people. As a Support/Senior Support Worker, you will meet the changing needs of individuals whilst encouraging them to make independent choices, learn new skills and become an active member of the community. You will help to create a positive experience which will provide a successful transition to independence.

To be successful for either role, you will have a desire and ability to work with young people who may experience emotional and behavioural difficulties. Whilst experience of working with this client group is desirable, it is not essential as full training will be given. An NVQ / Diploma Level 3 in relevant subject (or equivalent) are required for Senior Support Worker.
