Lead Business Analyst (Multinational Bank)

Looking for a Lead BA to lead and own all aspects of the programme scope in regards to the management of requirements and provide technical insight with respect to technical design, development, integration, infrastructure and testing of the Portfolio Risk Management and Reporting System for a commercial lending project.

Required:

• University degree in computer, IT, Information System, Business (with strong IT sense) or a related discipline.
• At least 6 years working experience with hands-on experience on process design, document processing, workflow systems on web-based platform.
• Experience on account opening process in financial institutions would definitely an added advantage.
• Experience of the Commercial Lending area within banking.
• Experience of specialist Commercial Real Estate Lending software systems would be highly beneficial
• Experience on managing multiple business stakeholders independently on user requirement collection and align with right IT strategy.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, presentation, negotiation and written and verbal communication skills.
• Commercial acumen, strong business sense and ability to understand business requirements
• Flexible to work with people with different time-zones and be able to bridge the gaps between different parties and articulate ideas clearly and concisely
• Able to work effectively with teams in multiple locations/countries and lead global projects
• Highly-motivated and able to work independently, under pressure and proactively in a fast paced environment with multiple deadlines
• With a positive, proactive and can-do attitude
• Self-initiative in looking for solutions to problems.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects.

IDEAL EXPERIENCE

• Previous banking experience (particularly in Commercial Real Estate Lending)
• Previous experience of web based enterprise systems
• Any Previous experience of specialised CRE Risk management or Loan Servicing systems
