Senior Manager - Programme Lead - Change Management - up to GBP850pd - Business Change - 6 months rolling
Large financial services business is seeking a Programme Director or Senior Programme Manager to join a large change programme currently underway, leading a specific workstream.
Key Responsibilities:
- High Level Planning, Shaping and Scoping of Programmes
- Accountability of benefits realisation
- Ensures governance framework is in place to support delivery
- Financial Planning and Control
- Senior Level engagement (to board level) and management of team, peers
- Risk and Issues management to a business critical level
Skills Needed:
- Strong evidence within recent roles of leading large, complex programmes of work
- Evidence of working cross-divisional
- Team Management experience
- Ability to demonstrate strong track record of success in recent roles
