Organisational Design Project Manager - Global Legal Firm

A leading global legal firm are undertaking a major organisation design programme across multiple functions and have a fantastic opportunity for a project manager to lead agreement on the "to be" organisation design.

As a Project Manager you will be responsible for defining and agreeing future state organisation structure and accountability, agreeing competency frameworks and job descriptions, and designing processes with harness and apply the competency framework. This will require utilising your detailed knowledge of organisation design, designing HR processes, managing teams to ensure various inputs are synthesised into project outcomes and project management skills.

You should apply for this role if you have:

• 5+ years' experience in organisational design in blue chip/consulting firms
• Detailed knowledge of organisation design, role definition and competency frameworks
• Robust understanding of designing HR processes (appraisal, reviews, competencies etc.)
• Structured, full life cycle project management capability (Prince 2, PMP)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Degree educated or higher from a leading academic institution

This is a GBP700-GBP900/day contract role based London for six months.
