PLC Software Engineer – FMCG Manufacturer

£35,000 - £40,000 + Pen + Excellent Benefits

My client a manufacturer of instantly recognisable food products to a global market place are due to the introduction of new product lines are looking to recruit an experienced engineer to complement their engineering projects team.
You will have experience within PLC programming in a team and autonomously along with at experience of PLC and SCADA controls systems ideally within the development of automated machinery within a manufacturing environment.
The ideal candidate will be qualified to a minimum HNC level with the ability to bring new ideas to improve machinery reliability and ultimately manufacturing output.
The role will also involve the management of small capital projects and the installation of new equipment in line with the overall strategic direction of the sites engineering and manufacturing functions.
The company also offer an excellent level of support professionally to develop the individual along with a competitive salary and benefits package.
