KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Attract and match candidates to permanent and/or contract opportunities, against a pre-qualified job specification.
* Make use of a wide range of media to locate candidates, as well as network, head-hunt and use referrals.
* Conduct searches on our database and build relevant candidate pools.
* Qualify candidates through interviews and background checks, and commit them to defined roles.
* Build relationships with clients to understand recruitment needs and requirements.

You will work closely with an expert Team Leader to create a Training and Development plan to suit you. We have a blended approach including classroom training and 'on the job' learning.
