A Sales Support Coordinator is required to join a global FTSE 100 organisation, currently the leading source of intelligent information for a number of the worlds businesses and professionals, and a leading supplier of software solutions and managed services into the Finance Sector. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role within a market/leading organisation, and the role will focus on providing day to day operational support to a key sales team in the Tax and Accounting domain.

The Sales Support Coordinator will assist the Sales Manager in ensuring that the sales team operates in the most productive manner possible. They will coordinate all sales material, will coordinate RFP responses, will advise on the ongoing optimisation of the sales process and will facilitate and organise internal and external team training. They will monitor the teams compliance with required standards for maintaining sales data, will monitor and publish monthly KPIs and achievements vs targets, will support presentations when needed, and will provide support to marketing activities on an ad hoc basis.

The ideal candidates must have proven experience in a Sales Support or Sales Coordinator role in a high pressure sales environment, ideally within a large/scale/blue/chip organisation. They will have proven administrative skills, including excellent proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word and will have exceptional communication skills.
