Radiant Systems Europe Limited is looking for Recruitment Managers for one of our Government Client.

MCIPD/FCIPD desirable

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Support the Business Support Office with the procurement of contractors; Support business functions with the recruitment of permanent staff; Provide a single source of management information on staff resource against demand; Support the creation of capacity and capability plans, to integrate new processes into the Business As Usual environment as appropriate; Provide support to resolve staffing issues with existing projects and initiatives; Plan, schedule, monitor and report on activities related to the portfolio of demand across the end-to-end IT enabled change supply chain.

The Role:
The Recruitment Manager will lead the external recruitment process to seek appointments to the Directorate to fill the vacant posts. He/She will act as the first point of contact for all external recruitment matters. The post holder will report to the Strategic Resourcing Manager and also work closely with the Capability and Succession Planning Manager to plan ahead and establish vacant posts that need to be filled. The post-holder will liaise closely with the HR specialists and HR Business Partner as the Franchising client to ensure that all the recruitment requirements are met.
Establish self as first point of contact for all external recruitment campaign matters.
Manage the end to end recruitment process from first concept s through to on-boarding'.
Work with the designated HR Specialists and HR Business Partner to ensure that all the required documentation, eg job descriptions is ready when needed to enable jobs to be advertised.
Manage the compilation of Job Descriptions and ensure that those that require it are evaluated against the standard of the grade (the JEGS process).
Oversee the paperwork that is produced by sift and interview panels and ensure that it is completed to the required standard and forwarded to HR promptly.
Manage the on-boarding' process. Ensure that any delays are challenged and that the progress being made is understood at all stages.
Manage and maintain the recruitment timeline for all recruitment exercises, to understand where/when resource is likely to be needed (eg for sifts, interviews) and where the pinch points are likely to be. Sit as lead representative for Franchising on the Rail Recruitment Planning Group.
