www.martech-uk.com and its sister company www.gamma-uk.com are now recruiting for a: TECHNICAL MANAGER

The Technical Manager will be responsible for the testing and validation of all Martech products.Responsible for the operation of our comprehensive in-house EMC, Optical and Thermal test facilities, you will be responsible for ensuring that all products conform to current legislation and provide an excellent level of technical support both internally and externally.

Key responsibilities are to:

• Provide testing and validation of all new products fromconcept to launch and beyond 
• Manage and maintain all test equipment, Thermal, Photometric and EMC facilities
• Generate all product technical data
• Contribute to the on-going improvement of all Design and Development procedures
• Keep the business up to date with changes in legislation and new technologies

You will be a highly-motivated professional and natural leader who can effectively communicate at all levels, within and outside the organisation. A problem-solver and systems oriented, with strong analytical and reporting skills, and the ability to prioritise and work to deadlines.
