Job Title: Service Support Engineer – South West
Location: Ivybridge, Devon

A vacancy has arisen within our client's team for a Service Support Engineer to join their Service Department working out of their Ivybridge office.
Working a 37.5 hour week, the successful candidate will be responsible for their South West region, delivering all of their customers the highest standard of after sales, and working with colleagues to maximise the sales and service opportunities in the South West region.
Preferably with a background in Compressed Air, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to regional sales and service engineers, assisting with customer visits, preparation of quotations, including the sale of equipment, services and installations. With the ability to efficiently run a team of service engineers their Service Support Engineer will provide them with the front line technical support needed to give their customers the level of excellence they expect.
Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team with proven organisational skills and a flexible approach regarding working hours is essential.
