Account Manager/ Business Development
As an Account Manager you will make outbound new business telephone calls to establish regular trading of computer components to UK based IT resellers and EU based IT Brokers. This is a great opportunity to join a young expanding business and establish a career in a fast moving lucrative industry. Proven outbound cold sales call experience is necessary. Candidates preferably have relevant IT hardware sales experience but not essential.You will be motivated with excellent communication skills to develop new business and manage your new client’s quotes & orders. You will be responsible for shipping and invoice settlement for the orders you win. Needless to say you are professional at all times & target driven with the ability to use your initiative establishing your own sales trade desk.
Main duties:
Outbound New business sales calls / inbound sales & servicing calls
Preparation and follow up of quotes
Credit referencing / credit control
Sales and marketing to your clientsDatabase CRM management and quality assuranceDistribution & logistics of your ordersAchieve monthly targets and objectivesDesirable experience:Computer Literate – Excel
General
To work and follow operational procedures
Smart casual dress
Punctuality & professionalism
Responsibility for accuracy to your own administrationMonthly sales pile line and activity report- 1st of every month
Basic salary £15k to £25k depending on experience + uncapped OTE
Working hours Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm
