Search are looking for a number of engaging, outgoing and fast thinking customer service specialists for this exciting new temporary opportunity.

Commencing on 5th January 2015 this role will last until March 2015. However may lead to a permanent position.

We are looking for people that are passionate about customer service and can show resilience in overcoming challenges. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone looking to join an exciting, fast paced environment.

Suitable candidates should have previous customer service experience, preferably within a contact centre environment, exceptional communication skills and have a good knowledge of IT systems.

There will be a variety of shift patterns will require flexibility between 8am and 9pm Monday to Sunday working a total of 40 hours per week.
