New opportunity to join a small friendly team

Develop new and existing business by making contact with the relevant people, discussing their requirements and then meeting their needs.

The main duties of this role are to:

Research and understand the market whilst keeping up-to-date with all relevant legislation and good practice
Close sales, ensuring that the needs of the client have been met.
Achieve targets of both telephone calls made and sales volume
Follow-up leads daily from alarms set in ACT!
Supportive – building on existing client relationships and developing new ones
Chase contracts for clients to accept course Terms & Conditions
Provide weekly figures of sales and quotes for the week
Excellence – successful up-selling and cross-selling of all products including Supplies and Online, raising customer awareness of the brand
Taking orders, generating invoices and taking card payments
Check customer feedback in booking diary and follow-up
Monthly price comparisons/review of competitor websites
Manage accounts, making regular contact and building relationships
Follow-up on newsletters/offers sent out to existing clients
Any other duties as required




To be successful the role holder will have:

• Experience in telesales, inbound & outbound calls
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
