Support Worker Adults - Full/Part time/Days/Nights available

The organisation offer quality of life… for life for children, young people and adults who have profound and complex physical disabilities and associated learning difficulties.

We are looking for Support Workers who can demonstrate compassion and empathy in their approach to caring for adults with complex needs, either through previous roles in social care or in other roles.

You will be providing personal care to these adults, as well as supporting them to take part in a wide range of activities including educational, shopping and socialising.

Can you show us how you would treat our adults, for whom our home is their home, with the dignity and respect they have the right to expect?

This position will be on a shift rota basis some of which includes weekends and evenings.
