The Business Process & Support Analyst Opportunity:
We are currently hiring a business process and systems expert to provide support and guidance to our Global Journal Services team for Business process and systems used by the department.
You will also support the Business Process and Support team by contributing to the business process design and completion of UAT.

Business Process & Support Analyst Selection Criteria:
> Recognised educational qualifications to diploma level
> User experience testing and documentation and Customer service experience
> Understanding of Change Management and UAT processes
> PC Literate (Microsoft Office to intermediate level, Outlook and Internet)
> Excellent personal organization, planning and time management
> Fluent in English written and verbal
> Degree or professional qualification equivalent (Desirable)
> Customer Services or related business/office practice qualification (Desirable)
> Understanding of project management lifecycle (Desirable)
