Client Service Advisor

StepChange Debt Charity is seeking to add to our Correspondence Team and recruit a further 10 Client Service Advisors in Leeds City Centre. The successful applicants will receive £16,272 per annum.

We’re recruiting for 10 Client Service Advisor to join our Correspondence Team and provide support to our growing client base.

Your role will be to provide a link between the charity, our existing clients and their creditors ensuring that all queries are quickly resolved.

A high proportion of your time will be spent answering client enquiries. These will be by email and letter so you should have strong written communication skills, with the ability to work to strict guidelines. There will also be a requirement for you to contact clients via telephone so a confident phone manner and previous experience in a customer service role is essential.

The Client Service Advisor role may be for you if you have:

- Great administration skills

- A keen eye for detail

- Confidence in dealing with numbers

- High levels of personal motivation and initiative

- Exceptional organisation and prioritisation skills

- Strong team skills 

Full technical training will be provided however you will need a good working knowledge of MS Outlook, Word and Excel.

The start date for the Client Service Advisor position will be Wednesday 18th February 2015 and candidates must be able to commit to a mandatory 3 week training course.
