Their Operations Academy designs and delivers technical training and assessment for all Operation's staff, manages new starters training within operations and manages technical trainees.

They pride themselves on developing individuals and will sponsor and pay for membership of relevant professional organisations. There are excellent prospects for career progression. Due to the nature of these roles, a full UK driving licence is essential.

All roles are home based.

All roles will attract a company car along with allowances associated with working from home and a comprehensive benefits package including a generous pension scheme & holiday entitlement, performance related bonus, private healthcare scheme and other added value benefits.  Also a regional uplift of up to £5,462 pa may be payable dependent on home location.

Salary and benefits, on commencement of employment will be dependent on location, qualifications and experience.
