There is also an exciting opportunity to work with Kelda Water Services (KWS), the non-regulated part of our business, whose core services are to offer their expertise, operational skills and knowledge to organisations that have chosen to outsource their water and wastewater requirements. KWS placements could be in either Scotland, Northern Ireland or with the Ministry of Defence in the South of England.

THE ROLE
The Graduate Programme will consist of up to six structured placements across the 2 years including: Operations, Projects or even a Centralised Specialist Team.

The variety within the programme will see you working in various parts of our Service Delivery department which could see you taking on challenges ranging from supporting our regulatory compliance for water quality to implementing a plan to reduce energy consumption. Your next placement could be in one of our specialist units within Finance or Regulation helping with developing strategy for future direction for Yorkshire Water.

The Graduate Programme will be based within the Yorkshire region, for graduates who enjoy travelling and are flexible with their location, there are also many exciting opportunities for placements across the UK with KWS.

REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum 2:2 degree in any discipline
• Excellent commercial acumen
• Enthusiasm and drive to succeed
• EU driving licence
