Position: Deputy Manager
Location: Derby City Centre
Salary: £20,000 + Bonus
Hours: Flexible working over 5 days – 45 hours
The Role:
We operate a Spar convenience store within Derby Bus Station and are looking for an outstanding person who can really make a difference to our business. We are interested to hear from an experienced retail professional to help manage our very busy flagship convenience store.
We are looking for a pro-active Deputy Manager with a flexible and adaptable approach who can lead and motivate their team to drive the business forward in order to achieve fantastic customer service in a fast moving environment.
Requirements:
As an experienced retail professional, you will take pride in your management and problem solving skills, you must be self-motivated with a pro-active approach to maintaining and improving sales and standards.
