NKT Cables hold a significant position in the UK market supplying the major Utilities, distributors and contractors. The company has an excellent reputation for the technical training and development of staff and management.
The Role: Play a key part in developing the company’s sales in the UK.
Provide essential support to the sales team. Build personal relationships with key customers and NKT’s factories in Scandinavia and Germany. Manage the progress and performance of orders and major contracts. Demonstrate on location new product developments. European travel as required. The role responds to the Sales Manager and is based in the UK office, Bamber Bridge PR5 6BL
The Ideal Candidate:A National qualification in electrical engineering
is required. The successful candidate will be communicative; quick to learn; ambitious; self-disciplined; coming from a technical background with the desire and personality to accept training and so move on to a full sales role.
