Business Development Manager - Financial Sector

Due to continued expansion our client, an established market leader in the financial industry, is seeking experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to compliment their growing team.

You will have:

- Experience of working in a Business Development Manager role within a financial environment, preferably within the secured loan sector

- A network of introducers in the required location is essential for this role - without them it is impossible to progress through the process

- Understanding of Customer requirements & ability to work with them and understand their needs

- Self-motivated with the ability to take on a proactive approach and work efficiently without supervision

- Effectiveness within the role through a drive for results

- Dynamism and drive to go out and get new business

- Good communication, influencing and interpersonal skills with strong problem solving skills

- Strong technical skills around lending, credit and risk awareness

Working alongside Brokers and HNW Individuals, it is essential that you have experience in the financial services industry

Salary £60,000 to £80,000 dependant upon experience
