Our client, a successful, established firm is looking for an organised, personable and dedicated FNOL Claims Handler reporting to Head of Department.

Duties will include:

• Interview clients via telephone to extract correct information about their claim.
• Taking inbound Motor Claims calls, arranging repairs & fast track total loss of vehicles where appropriate
• The ability to manage a repair / hire process and up sell services.
• Efficiently inputting and registering new Motor Claims and dealing with external suppliers such as solicitors, accident management & credit hire companies

• Excellent researching / interpersonal skills and a high attention to detail
