Salary: £20,225 to £20,725 + a performance related bonus up to 25% of salary

We are recruiting Technical Support Advisors who share our enthusiasm for providing an excellent level of Technical Support, and can deliver this with a personal touch.

Our Advisors are ambassadors for our Company and we are looking for people who have:

•    A good knowledge of e-mail clients such as Outlook, Outlook Express, Mac Mail, Windows Mail;
•    A ‘can do’ attitude and ‘customer first’ approach;
•    The ability to take ownership and use initiative;
•    A genuine interest in engaging with customers and colleagues alike;
•    Good attention to detail and problem solving skills;
•    Excellent communications skills – including the ability to rapidly establish good working relationships with our customers and partners;
•    A basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Knowledge of BT’s network and infrastructure as well as IP Stream, SMPF, LLU (local loop unbundling), Landline, Mobile & VOIP services is preferred, however we are happy to consider any candidate with experience and/or knowledge of troubleshooting IT, Home Phone, Broadband and Mobile Phone issues.

Your Role will include:

•    Acting as 1st and 2nd line technical support for our customer base and internal departments;
•    Troubleshooting customer issues relating to our Internet, Landline, Mobile, VOIP and Internet Security services;
•    Supporting e-mail, webmail and web space services for our customers and partners.


Our Technical Department is open between 08:00 and 20:00 Monday to Friday and 09:00 and 16:30 on Saturdays.
