Payroll Administrator

The team behind paying our 12,000 Nandocas are recruiting!

Nando's Finance are looking for a Payroll Administrator to join their team. The role is key in supporting the weekly and lunar payments of nearly 12,000 Nandocas (the name we give our employees) across the UK and Ireland. Responsible for payroll from start to finish this role will be processing statutory payments and deductions, doing manual calculations and running the Irish payroll.

 So what qualities and skills are we looking for?

- Experience in a Payroll Administrator role that has a high volume of employees on weekly and lunar pay

- Management of the entire payroll cycle

- Ideally experience of operating Itrent system (Midland HR)

- Ideally experience of managing an Irish Payroll

- Demonstrate strong payroll legislation knowledge

- Accuracy and great attention to detail

- Good computer skills

- Ability to work under pressure to deadlines

- Ability to build relationships
