Monkseaton High School is on an exciting improvement journey and governors are keen to appoint an experienced, enthusiastic, self-motivated and flexible individual, to provide first class assessment data and interpretation on student and school performance. You will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team on all aspects of data management, reporting and timetabling. The successful candidate may also be required to work with our feeder middle schools.
A sound understanding of numerical data and the ability to provide usable, accurate analysis of information in compliance with Data Protection will be essential. Candidates will need to demonstrate a good standard in literacy, numeracy and interpersonal skills and be committed to their own personal development through CPD, which the school will support through Performance Management.
