Customer Service - Immediate Vacancy
An enthusiastic, self-motivated and tenacious Customer Service superstar is required to promote and sell their unique range of textile and commercial matting products. This dynamic and thriving organisation is currently booming due to their unique products and services which means exceptional individuals are required to help this company grow. The candidate must be an exceptional communicator and have the ability to provide a first class customer experience in a sales environment.
Duties of the Customer Service executive:
- Inbound sales of both 3rd party and in house manufactured textile and commercial matting products, managing trade accounts helping them to grow from excellent service.
- Input order details into in house computer systems
- Knowledge of ACT crm and Sage order software would be beneficial.
- Build and maintain professional working relationships with all clients to ensure that all sales targets are achieved.
- Proactively manage your own workload ensuring that all objectives are achieved in a timely and efficient manner.
Essential skills of the customer service executive:
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated
- Exceptional communicator with a proven track record within customer service / sales
- A proven track record of delivering and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent Negotiation skills
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritize under pressure
- Client focused with the ability to quickly create and maintain positive working relationships with diverse individuals to reach common goals.
- Persuasive and articulate with a good phone manner
