Administration Assistant
£ 6.50 per hour/ temporary ongoing
We are currently recruiting for an admin assistant to work within busy office in the Brighouse area. The role will entail supporting the admin duties and providing support in the office based tasks, including answering and making telephone calls, filing, data inputting, scanning, copying and other such office based duties.
Requirements:
Previous experience working within a busy office environment in a recruitment office is desirable. The candidate must have a very good level of English, both spoken and written.
Ability to work as a part of a team
Punctual
Reliable
Attention to detail
Computer literate
Excellent telephone manner
Presentable
The working week is Monday to Friday
The hours worked per week are 40
