Job Profile

Our Bedfordshire based client is seeking a Sales Team Leader to be involved in guiding the sales team to promote the business and increase their presence in the market.

 

 Key Responsibilities

  • Meeting a range of customers both existing and new
  • Communicating with sales team and providing guidance
  • Managing customer relationships
  • Working alongside the sales team in creating innovative ways to find new leads/business
  • Preparing quotations of company products
  • Dealing with the day to day operation and delegating to the sales admin team
  • Attending sales meetings
  • Attend relevant industry exhibitions
  • Analysis & monitoring of competitor activity and sales performance
  • Give line management support to members of the team
  • Management of sales diaries
  • Carry out staff reviews of the sales team
  • Identify training needs and arrange training

Required Skills

  • Proven and successful sales and customer services record
  • Experience of drawing up budgets and setting targets
  • History of managing, motivating and mentoring a team
  • Knowledge and experience of data analysis
  • Excellent relationship and customer service skills

 Location

Located in the village of Thurleigh, own transport will be required as public transport to the location is not an option. Commutable from Kettering, Wellingborough, Milton Keynes and St Neots.
