Magnum Field Sales Managers benefit from a base salary, generous commissions and overrides for performance, access to Magnum's company loyalty scheme, quarterly training and development and fantastic scope to build and expand responsibilities, earnings and status. OTE is GBP45k.

The role:

We are now seeking a highly motivated Field Sales Manager in your area to manage a team of top performing sales advisors on one of our charity lottery sales campaigns, approaching householders through residential canvassing.

As a Field Sales Manager your duties would include:

  • Managing a team of up to 8 direct sales advisors based in the local area
  • Coaching, mentoring and motivating sales personnel
  • Managing sales performance and KPI's
  • To drive and motivate individuals and team targets
  • To train and coach new staff

The successful candidate will have

  • Experience in man-management / sales management
  • Experience coaching, mentoring, motivating a sales team
  • Experience in recruitment and sales training
  • Good planning and organisational skills
  • Full driving licence and vehicle
