Salary: £50,000 OTE

Our client is currently recruiting for experienced Field Sales Executives to cover the South East region to join a successful and growing department within a National company selling domestic boilers and central heating systems to the residential market. No experience in boilers needed as full training is provided. 

The Candidate – Field Sales Executive:

This would be ideal for anyone that has been involved in any kind of Home Improvement Direct Sales before such as Windows, Solar, Boilers, Driveways etc. that has been used to Self Employed-commission only positions. The difference here is that the product is a need rather than a desire! They have a fantastic track record of training and support and are growing as a company week on week.The commissions are superb with typical earnings for existing reps between £1000 and £1500 per week.

The Role – Field Sales Executive:

They will supply between 3 and 4 qualified leads per day and have an average sales conversion of 1 in 3.3 so fantastic earning potential. Duties will include presenting a company presentation, surveying the existing system and pricing up for a new energy efficient system to prospective customers that have enquired for a new boiler. They have a number of financial solutions for the customer including no deposit and a flexible finance option to suit every budget.

•    Excellent verbal, communication and organisational skills

Interviews will be held locally to the area and successful applicants will attend a company induction and training programme to go through the presentation and paperwork plus the company processes and procedures.

Applicants should either have sales experience or be hungry enough to learn and earn in a new career in sales.
