Graduate Finance Opportunity

Supplier Billing Analyst - 6 month contract
Gloucester
£16,000 (pro-rata)

We currently have an exciting Graduate opportunity within an international business, at their office based in Gloucester.

This role will perfectly suit a Finance Graduate, or a Graduate with Finance qualifications, who is looking to kick-start their career at globally renowned business.

The role sits within the Finance department, and forms an integral part of the accounting and reconciliation aspect of the business.

Key responsibilities:
- Preparation of the reconciliation spreadsheets for each key supplier invoice
- Investigate and resolve all variances as appropriate
- Ensure the resolution of billing differences is achieved in a timely manner
- Produce monthly reports on the reconciliation process
- To make recommendations for internal process improvements
- To work with other internal teams and suppliers to improve business processes

Required skills / experience:
- Degree educated (ideally Finance related)
- Strong knowledge of Excel
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
