Sales Consultant

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced, enthusiastic and self motivated sales professional looking for a new and fulfilling challenge to join our dynamic sales team here at JobServe HQ in Tiptree based between Colchester and Chelmsford.

As a strong and experienced sales professional with a proven track record you will be responsible for both new business generation and maintaining and up selling our market leading product range to an existing business portfolio.

Core Duties & Responsibilities:

• Pro-actively promoting and selling our JobServe product and services range by establishing contact and developing relationships with new business prospects to recommend innovative recruitment solutions
• Building and maintaining relationships with our existing clients by providing first class account management and identifying and recommending new sales opportunities for further business growth.
• Identifying additional sales opportunities by gaining a thorough knowledge and understanding of current industry trends, market activities and competitors
• Contributing to own and team effort by reaching/exceeding personal and team targets
